FAQ

​Secure Ordering and Payment Options

Payment is due at the time of checkout. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. You may also checkout using PayPal. You do not have to create a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. All Iowa residents will have sales tax of 6% added to their order.

Payments for custom orders are due within 24 hours of the invoice being sent. 100% of the custom order price will be due before production will begin. If payment is not received within 24 hours of the listing being posted the invoice will be cancelled.

Shipping

All packages are sent via USPS First Class Mail. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with the package tracking information. All of our bags are handmade and most are ready to ship. Once your payment is received, ready to ship items will be sent in 3-5 business days (M-F). Production time on made to order bags can take up to 2 weeks, sometimes less. *Most* first class mail will arrive in 3-5 business days, after processing time.

 

Your order will be gift wrapped in tissue paper and ready to gift to someone special. Multiple items will be packaged together unless you request otherwise. Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout so it is important that this information is correct. TwoLeos Design's responsibility for delivery of your order ends once your package is given to the shipping carrier. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit should be made to the carrier. Save all packing materials and contents for inspection by a carrier representative. TwoLeos Design is not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address, nor is TwoLeos Design responsible for replacement shipping costs in such circumstances.  If you realize your order contains incorrect info, please contact us at twoleosdesign@gmail.com.

Does TwoLeos Design ship Internationally?

We will ship internationally upon request to some countries. TwoLeos Design is not responsible for Customs fees and will not reship/refund items that were sent back due to us due to issues with Customs. 

Returns & Refunds

It is important to us that you love your handmade item. If you have any problems, please email us and we can arrange for an exchange or return. We will accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date you received your item. We can only accept exchange or return of an item that is unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.

 

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund to you less any shipping charges once we have verified that the above conditions are met. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning/exchanging the item. You must send an email prior to returns/exchanges in order to be accepted. 

 

*No returns/refunds on custom made items as they are tailored specifically to the buyer.
